Booking Terms

Deposits

Wedding and bridal party bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Deposits are non-transferable except in cases of documented emergency, at our discretion.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking date may reschedule the deposit to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the booking forfeit the deposit. Non-bridal bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a callout fee.

Travel & minimum spend

Travel is included within 20km of the Auckland CBD. A travel fee applies beyond this radius and will be confirmed in your quote. A $150 minimum spend applies per mobile booking.

On the day

Please ensure a well-lit space (ideally near a window), a chair, and access to a power outlet are available on arrival. Start times are scheduled to accommodate all guests in your party — timings will be confirmed in advance.

Patch testing

Clients with known allergies or sensitive skin should advise us at time of booking so products can be patch-tested beforehand where required.

Liability

While every care is taken with hygiene and product suitability, Anya Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions where sensitivities were not disclosed in advance.
